Collidu accepts 2 secured payment methods - Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. Don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected], if you want to explore additional payment methods.

The credit card transaction can be rejected either by our payment processor or your bank. In both cases, you can contact us. We will check with our payment processor to find out the exact reason. If the decline is from our end, we will get your card whitelisted for quick transaction approval.

If the transaction is rejected by your bank, get it resolved by contacting your bank.

If the problem doesn’t resolve, we will provide you with an alternate payment link so that you can use our templates without delay.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by following the below-given steps:

1. Login to your Collidu account.

2. Go to My Account > My Subscription

3. Click on the Cancel Subscription, and then click on Submit. Recurring payment will be disabled for your account.

Alternatively, You can submit your cancellation request by contacting us at [email protected]. We will send you a confirmation email after canceling your subscription.

There are 2 possible reasons for trouble Log In:

Invalid Email - You select the email while creating the account. When trying to log in, if the system informs you that the email is invalid, you are probably using an incorrect email.

Lost your Password - Forgot or lost your password? No worries! We provide you with an automated reset password system. To retrieve your password, click the link “Forgot Password.” You will be redirected to a new form where you will have to write down your email address. You will get a reset username link in your inbox.

Due to the automatic delivery nature of email, your email system could understand this email as spam. So, check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email in your inbox.

Yes, you can continue using the product even after your subscription expires. However, the usage is always abided by the end user license agreement and terms of use.

Upgrading to a higher plan is very easy. Just go to My Account > Upgrade Account. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to. If you have already subscribed to an Annual Plan (with unlimited downloads), you will not see any options as you are using our best plan.
