Refund Policy

Collidu makes all attempts to ensure that you are 100% happy and content with your purchase. We provide you with 24*7 customer service to resolve your queries and issues. However, if you feel that we are not able to troubleshoot your issues effectively and the purchased product doesn’t meet your expectations and requirements, we make it right by offering you a user-friendly refund policy.

Terms to Claim Refund

1. You can claim a refund in the following instances:

  • The product is purchased mistakenly.
  • You are not 100% content and pleased with the product.
  • You change your mind after purchasing the product.
  • You don't possess the requisite skills to use the purchased product.
  • You made the purchase just for goodwill.

2. Request the refund within 10 days of your date of purchase. Send the refund request to [email protected] from your registered email address.

3. For processing the refund as quickly as possible, we may ask you to furnish the following details:

  • Reason for refund
  • Email address and login name
  • Billing information (name, transaction ID, billing date, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with your account)
  • If you are requesting a refund from an email id that is not registered with us, we may ask you to provide identity verification proof.

4. Your prepaid amount will be refunded in the same currency and through the same payment method that you used for making the purchase.

5. If we don’t find our refund request valid, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Instead of lodging a dispute directly with the credit card companies or bank, we encourage you to contact us for the resolution of any concerns. If you lodge a dispute with the bank, Collidu will temporarily freeze your account until the dispute gets settled.
